A cool fermentation in 100% stainless steel tanks preserves the concentrated varietal flavors of the Pinot Gris fruit, while retaining its vivacious acidity.

Tasting Notes:

Lively aromas of white peach, honeysuckle, citrus and perfumed pear, framed by a palate of tropical fruit, honey and spice, atop a crisp, clean finish.
